5 Success Tips to Get Unstuck and Write
Tis the Season to Write a Book blog series continues as we countdown our way to Christmas. So, you're feeling stuck and need a shift to write your book. Today is Day 8 of 24 here are 5 tips to help you get unstuck, let's dive right in.

First, I want to say feeling stuck is a sign that you need to get in motion. Oftentimes what we need to do is "right under our nose" as the wise woman would tell you, “The answer you seek is within you.” But nonetheless, you're reading this blog so here are my 5 go-to's when I am feeling stuck.
Tip 1: Get Happy
Ask yourself these questions: When was the last time you laughed so hard you cried?
Or your heart was beating with joy?
Or you felt the warm sensation of love?
If you have not felt this happy in a while, I want to challenge you to get there.
Sometimes we are stuck in a rut because of a lack of enjoyment. However, joy and purpose are motivators. It's easy to get busy with the responsibilities of life and get on autopilot.
Do this exercise:
Get out a journal and reflect. What do I really enjoy doing? What makes me extremely happy? What can I do today that would put a smile on my face? Once you answer these questions, do at least one thing on your list. I call this your happy place. Get the full exercise in my book Freedom For Today: How to Create a Life You Love.
Tip 2: Change Your Environment
This can be physically or relationally. Yes, it's time to evaluate your home and circle. Changing your environment can mean decluttering or going away to get a fresh perspective. Sometimes we need to look at the people we surround ourselves with. Is it time to uplevel your friends or associates? I say if they're not encouraging you to shine bright and be the best version of yourself then they are dead weight, and it's time to elevate. This is deep I know but you may be stuck because of the environment you're around.
Tip 3: Talk it Out
Now I am not a therapist but what I can say is that I see the value in being able to have a one-on-one conversation with someone you trust. Someone you can share your dream with and know they will encourage you. Talk to someone who will give you guidance and advice to author the book. If you're wanting to talk it out, I have a consultation just for you. Get unstuck Click here.
