There is a lot of good on the other side of vulnerability but sometimes it takes you living out these 5 attributes: 1)Transparency, 2) Courage,
3) Power , 4) Love, and 5) Openness. Vulnerability is an expression of your authentic truth. When you exercise vulnerability in your life you are actually loving yourself and giving that love back to others. So value your uniqueness and love the person you are. Nothing can stop a person who puts their vulnerability on the line. It takes confidence that you are enough right now at the very moment you practice vulnerability. You also get to ask for what you want because you are bold and your vulnerability acts as a guiding light igniting the very things your heart desires. If you are not use to exercising this muscle now is the time to give vulnerability a try.
So I challenge you today what is one way you can take to express vulnerability? This week begin to practice at least 1 of the 5 attributes listed above. Write down in a journal all you discover. Taking action and then journaling about your results is an awareness process that can create more well-being in your life.
