5 Powerful Ways to Practice Gratitude for Abundant Living

There is something that can instantly change your emotions and perspective; it is the practice of daily gratitude. I have discussed a lot over the last 6 months about the importance of Gratitude for Abundant Living. However, Gratitude is also Week 25 of 52 weeks of Abundance. Try the exercise below to start getting in the habit of practicing gratitude. Even in the small moments Gratitude can make a big impact on your heart, mind, and overall energy you bring forth in the day. 

 

 

 

 

 

Here are 5 questions you can begin to ask yourself to help lift your mood:

 

 

1)What is one thing you are grateful for this week?


2) What is one thing you are grateful for today?

 

3) What is one thing you are grateful for that happen this hour?

 

4) What is one thing you are grateful for in this moment?

 

5) What is one thing you are grateful for right now?

 

 

Conclusion

Do you want more abundance, sense of joy and fulfillment as you journey through life? This week I encourage you to do at least 1 of the 5 things listed above. Take this week to reflect on your experiences and write down in a journal all you discover.  Taking action and then journaling about your results is an awareness process that can create more abundance in your life.
